THIS IS WHAT YOUR WORK DAY IN CORPORATE LAW CAN LOOK LIKE! 🗂️

  • Analyze, negotiate and draft various legal documents specific to commercial, corporate and transactional law (contracts, resolutions, leases, etc.); Analyze and contribute to the completion of mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies; 

  • Draft and negotiate various commercial, corporate and transactional contracts;

  • Draw appropriate conclusions and meet with stakeholders to resolve disputes; 

  • Play an advisory role with clients in matters of business law;

  • Write legal and corporate opinions;

  • Participate in professional networking activities.

THIS IS WHAT YOUR WORK DAY CAN LOOK LIKE IN CIVIL LAW! ⚖️

  • Analyze and draft various legal documents (procedures, opinions, etc.) and establish a strategy; 

  • Meet and advise clients;

  • Prepare and hold interrogations in advance

  • Draft correspondence and procedural documents;

  • Conduct research and write legal opinions; 

  • Carry out various representations before the courts;

  • Plead in court; 

  • Negotiate out-of-court agreements;

  • Participate in professional networking activities.
